Return & Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

Customers may request a return if the product is:

• Unused and has not been fitted to a vehicle
• In its original condition and free from damage, marks, or modifications
• Returned with the original invoice or proof of purchase
• Returned within the applicable return period specified by Stephan's Tyre Mart PVT Ltd

2. Tyres That Have Been Fitted

Once a tyre has been fitted to a vehicle or used on the road, it generally cannot be returned simply because the customer has changed their mind or selected the wrong size.

Customers are responsible for confirming the correct tyre size, specification, and vehicle compatibility before purchase. Our team can assist customers in selecting the appropriate tyre where required.

3. Manufacturing Defects

If a tyre or product appears to have a manufacturing defect, the customer should contact Stephan's Tyre Mart PVT Ltd as soon as possible.

The product may be inspected by our team and/or the relevant manufacturer or authorised representative. If the product is confirmed to have a manufacturing defect, the available remedy will be provided in accordance with the applicable manufacturer warranty and relevant laws.

Normal wear and tear, punctures, accidental damage, improper use, incorrect tyre pressure, wheel alignment problems, overloading, or damage caused by road hazards are generally not considered manufacturing defects.

4. Incorrect Product or Size

If Stephan's Tyre Mart PVT Ltd supplies an incorrect product or tyre size due to an error on our part, please contact us immediately. We will assess the issue and, where applicable, arrange a replacement or other appropriate solution.

If the customer provides an incorrect tyre size or vehicle information when ordering, any return or exchange will be subject to the condition of the product and our approval.

5. Special Orders

Special-order, imported, customized, or specifically requested products may not be eligible for cancellation, return, or refund once the order has been confirmed or procurement has started.

6. Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed using the applicable payment method or another method agreed upon by Stephan's Tyre Mart PVT Ltd.

Refund amounts may be subject to applicable delivery, installation, transaction, or other charges where permitted.

7. Installment Purchases

For purchases made through installment or third-party payment services, returns and refunds may also be subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant payment provider.

Customers should contact Stephan's Tyre Mart PVT Ltd before cancelling or attempting to reverse an installment transaction.

8. Delivery Returns

Customers should inspect products upon delivery where reasonably possible. If a product is visibly damaged, incorrect, or different from the ordered item, please notify us promptly and provide photographs and order details.

9. How to Request a Return

To request a return, please contact Stephan's Tyre Mart PVT Ltd with:

• Customer name
• Order/invoice number
• Contact number
• Product details
• Reason for the return
• Photographs of the product, where applicable

Our team will review the request and inform you of the next steps.

10. Important Notice

Stephan's Tyre Mart PVT Ltd reserves the right to inspect returned products before approving a return, replacement, warranty claim, or refund.

This policy does not affect any rights or remedies that customers may have under applicable consumer protection laws in Sri Lanka.
